I called about a leak from my radiator hose. They had me bring it in and they would check it out and let me know. They responded in about thirty minutes and even sent a video showing the leak! They finished by the end of the day and gave me a great price! I'm sure I have found a new place to service my vehicles and I will tell others!!

Took my Acura Integra in for an Oil Change, Tire Rotation and Cabin Air Filter replacement. I was very pleased with the professional and courteous Customer Service I received. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My waiting time was very reasonable and the cost for the services provided were really good. If it was not for Hyde's I would not have my car fixed at this time. I took my car to Edd Kirby's Adventure Mitsubishi at 400 West M L King Blvd in Chattanooga, TN and it sat there for two week and some days without being looked at. I had to come to the shop to see if and when, or what they was going to do. The Service Manager was a butt hole. So if you do not want a headache, and you want to at least know what is wrong with your car. Hyde's is the place to go. Your car will not just sit there. They will communicate with you. They will be professional. I am very happy to have lucked up and found this automotive service. This is where I will be going from now on. Great job guys. You Rock!!!!

I was concerned about my transmission that I had gotten replaced at another company out of state a couple years ago. I called Hyde's and they told me to bring it in. They identified the problem and explained everything to me in detail. I have a warranty from the other company and Hyde's made sure not to do anything that would compromise the warranty. Just based on the amazing customer service i experienced, I will definitely return with any future services I may need! As a woman, I felt extremely comfortable!!

Glad I found this great local business! Sudden car issues left us stranded. Since we are fairly new to the area, we had to find a mechanic..and quickly! Always tricky finding a shop you can trust to both fix your car well and not rip you off. Several friends/neighbors recommended Hyde's after initial calls to other shops were unsuccessful. (Was told by another place that it would be a week's wait and they couldn't give me a day that they could take the car...I would just have to keep calling back.) Hyde's fixed the car on the same day! They gave me several options on how to fix: bare minimum to best practices, so I could choose what worked for our budget and approach to maintenance. Staff was super friendly. Since I live close, they were even able to drop me off and pick me up. All of this was a God-send since we are a one-car family and didn't have transportation to/from or ability to go the whole weekend without a car. Very appreciative of their service and happy to recommend to others. Car is running great and the price was reasonable!
