I was concerned about my transmission that I had gotten replaced at another company out of state a couple years ago. I called Hyde's and they told me to bring it in. They identified the problem and explained everything to me in detail. I have a warranty from the other company and Hyde's made sure not to do anything that would compromise the warranty. Just based on the amazing customer service i experienced, I will definitely return with any future services I may need! As a woman, I felt extremely comfortable!!

Great people. They gave great sevice and stood by their word as well as kept me up to date on what was going on with parts and services. No hidden fees or hey we saw this needs fixing. They let me know what they saw, because as a vehicle owner I won't see everything, and said everything looked good.

Glad I found this great local business! Sudden car issues left us stranded. Since we are fairly new to the area, we had to find a mechanic..and quickly! Always tricky finding a shop you can trust to both fix your car well and not rip you off. Several friends/neighbors recommended Hyde's after initial calls to other shops were unsuccessful. (Was told by another place that it would be a week's wait and they couldn't give me a day that they could take the car...I would just have to keep calling back.) Hyde's fixed the car on the same day! They gave me several options on how to fix: bare minimum to best practices, so I could choose what worked for our budget and approach to maintenance. Staff was super friendly. Since I live close, they were even able to drop me off and pick me up. All of this was a God-send since we are a one-car family and didn't have transportation to/from or ability to go the whole weekend without a car. Very appreciative of their service and happy to recommend to others. Car is running great and the price was reasonable!

Fast service and reasonably priced! Had my front brakes and rotors replaced and my back brakes cleaned for under 500. Very happy with the service and glad to have my car back. Definitely recommend going here.
